Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be booked at least 7 working days in advance to allow time for consultation and prescription medication to be ordered. Cancellations for treatments require a notice period of 48 hours.. 24 to 48 hours notice will incur a charge of £20 .. if under 24 hours notice is given full payment will be requested before any further appointments are booked. Aesthetic injectable appointments require a £50 non refundable deposit due to product costs.
